Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit, interviews with child care staff, a review of the LD/CPS investigative assessment and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that the staff person did raise her voice at the children in the classroom. There is insufficient information to find that this staff person or any staff person grabbed, pushed and held the child down on the mat.
